Being removed from a Danske Spil club does not answer every question about an existing PLUS subscription. Identify the club decision, any independently continuing subscription and the entries already purchased before deciding what remains active.
This review covers the Danish lottery documentation read on 7 October 2026 UTC, especially PLUS subscriptions through Spil Sammen. The PLUS product help lists Lotto, Vikinglotto and Eurojackpot among its supported lotteries. We did not open an account, join or leave a club, buy an entry, cancel a subscription or test a claim. No independent current licence verification was performed. Sports and casino products are outside this review.
Club exclusion and independent continuation
The PLUS terms, effective 3 June 2025, identify Danske Lotteri Spil as the subscription counterparty. Sections 4.2–4.3 say purchased games proceed after club exclusion. The subscription normally stops, but Danske Lotteri Spil may let it continue as an ordinary PLUS subscription and notify the player by email.
That exception is the reason to ask about the subscription itself. A message about club membership should not be asked to explain every later charge, entry or instruction. Record which club was involved and which subscription identifier appears on the associated records. Then ask whether the instruction ended or continued independently.
| Record or event | Question it should help resolve |
|---|---|
| Club exclusion message | Which club and membership decision does it identify? |
| Subscription notice | What happened to the associated instruction? |
| Independently continuing instruction | Which game and subscription identifier does it concern? |
| Previously purchased entry | Which draw and participation belong to the purchase? |
| Later account or payment entry | Which instruction and transaction does the entry identify? |
This is a reader’s enquiry checklist, not a tested account screen. Keep separate records together rather than treating the most recent message as a complete explanation. Our subscription and renewal guide offers general questions for separating an ongoing instruction from a particular draw entry.
A hypothetical club-exclusion enquiry
Imagine Sofie receives a club-exclusion message and assumes every future instruction associated with that club has ended. Later, Sofie notices another subscription record and wants to know whether it concerns an old group purchase or an independently continuing instruction.
This is a hypothetical example, not an observed customer case. Sofie should identify the club, exclusion date, subscription reference and the transaction being discussed. A useful first request would ask for the status of the instruction without assuming the outcome of an individual entry.
For example: “Please confirm what happened to this subscription after my exclusion from the named club. Was it ended or continued independently? If it continued, please identify the relevant notice, the current instruction and the purchases associated with it. I also want the previously purchased entries identified separately.”
If the aim is to stop future participation, Sofie should say so explicitly and ask for confirmation of the instruction concerned. A general complaint about leaving a club may not describe the same requested outcome. Avoid opening a second subscription to investigate the first, and preserve the existing notices and references privately.
A preliminary group receipt and a final receipt
The Lotto rules section is effective 29 March 2025 at 21:00, as stated in the document. For Spil Sammen, rule 16 distinguishes a preliminary receipt after confirmation from the final receipt issued when the game closes and all shares are registered. A printout of the electronic receipt is not a bearer document; the online game is registered to the player in the central system.
Name the document you possess when asking about a group purchase. “I have a receipt” leaves open whether you mean the preliminary display, final transaction record or a printout. Ask which game, draw and participation the document identifies, and how it relates to the record being discussed.
| Item to reconcile | Information to include |
|---|---|
| Receipt being discussed | Its description, reference and date |
| Group entry | Club or group reference and your recorded participation |
| Intended draw | The specific game and draw date |
| Final outcome | The transaction record the response identifies |
| Subscription status | The instruction’s separate reference and current position |
The table supports a focused enquiry; it does not establish the validity or ownership position of an individual disputed entry. Our ticket-proof guide explains how to ask what a record establishes. Keep a question about a receipt separate from a question about whether an instruction should continue.
Stopping PLUS and closing the account
The PLUS terms say the player may terminate through customer service or remove the linked payment arrangement. Account closure ends PLUS; the stated rule does not allow cancellation of already purchased PLUS games. Registration has age, CPR-number and capacity requirements; this is not a worldwide-access offer.
For a stopping enquiry, identify the exact instruction and the date of the request, then ask what remains outstanding. If the objective includes account closure, state that separately. Our cancellation versus closure guide helps describe those requests without assuming that stopping one relationship resolves every transaction.
Limits of this review
The combined terms page contains separately dated documents; its red-account section is effective 18 March 2026, distinct from the PLUS edition above. The Lotto receipt discussion is not a substitute for each other game’s rules. A public reading cannot establish a customer’s accepted edition, club decision, final receipt, cancellation outcome or payment time. No tax, prize-amount, licence or bank-transfer guarantee is made. Confirm the instructions applicable to the actual transaction.
FAQ
Does club exclusion prove that PLUS ended?
Ask about the instruction’s status and any independent-continuation notice. Keep the club decision and subscription outcome distinct.
Does a preliminary Spil Sammen receipt answer the final-entry question?
Identify the document and ask for the final record attached to that group entry. Do not substitute the subscription summary for that answer.
What should I say if I want participation to stop?
Name the instruction and the outcome you want, then ask for confirmation and the position of previously purchased entries. State account closure separately if that is also your objective.
