La Tinka’s own online account is a local channel for participating in its games in Peru. It is different from an international courier offering to buy a foreign lottery ticket. For a customer comparing channels, the important distinctions are account eligibility, the record of a valid entry and the claim procedure for the exact product and prize.
Checked on 5 October 2026 against official account terms and Tinka game rules effective 10 May 2026. WhiteLotto is commercially connected to LottoPark. This is a document review, with no account, purchase or payout test.
What does the account cover?
The account agreement is with LA TINKA S.A. It requires adult customers resident in Peru and describes a single account across its named platforms. The registration page requires activation through a mobile verification code and warns that identity details will be checked for prize collection. Account terms, registration information
The Tinka game rules identify the company as responsible for managing and conducting Tinka, with the named charitable societies holding the authorisation described in those rules. That is the operator’s published structure; we have not performed an independent authorisation-register audit. Official Tinka rules
A passport appearing among acceptable identity documents does not establish that a visitor or non-resident qualifies for the account. Nor should the rules for Tinka automatically be applied to the platform’s sports betting, casino or other lottery games. Begin with the particular account and product you intend to use.
Online entry, guest purchase and retail-ticket scanning
The Tinka rules recognise virtual entry records and separate guest/Tinka Express and WhatsApp channels. They also describe Tinkanet for eligible retail-ticket claims. These are related channels, rather than independent competing operators. Tinka rules, definitions and sales channels
Use the purchase route to decide which evidence to preserve:
| Purchase route | Question to resolve |
|---|---|
| Logged-in online account | Is the correct draw and selection visible in the account record? |
| Guest or another digital channel | Which identifier connects the purchase to you, and how is the prize requested? |
| Physical sales point | Which original ticket and readable identifiers must you retain? |
| Ticket submitted through a claim tool | Was the claim accepted, and does the original still need to be kept? |
This avoids a common mistake: treating a tool that scans a purchased ticket as the place that originally issued the entry. For account purchases, check the draw, numbers and status rather than asking for a photograph of a paper ticket that may never have been issued. Our proof guide explains how to preserve the right evidence.
Deposits are not the same as withdrawable prizes
The account terms separate non-withdrawable funding and promotional balances from eligible prize money. They require identity checks and withdrawal authorisation. For Tinka, Kábala and Gana Diario, prizes from S/10,000 require an individual major-prize request instead of ordinary automatic crediting. Payment methods and their limits are those displayed in the withdrawal area. Account terms, sections 1 and 7
Fund only the amount you intend to use. If you need unused money returned, ask about the refund process rather than assuming that an ordinary prize-withdrawal button performs the same task. A promotional entry, a wallet balance and a cash prize can all appear in one account while carrying different conditions.
For a substantial win, keep the ticket reference, the date of the claim request and the identity-verification result together. Do not interpret a large-prize notification as confirmation that payment has already been scheduled. Our guides to cash and bonus balances and claiming winnings cover those separate stages.
The headline claim deadline is not the whole rule
Tinka’s May 2026 rules contain a material distinction for the six-number jackpot winner: claim during the first 170 calendar days to retain the full entitlement described in article 21. During days 171–180, that winner is limited to 10%; after 180 days the right expires. Other prize categories have their own provisions. Tinka rules, articles 21 and 39–40
Consequently, a summary saying only “180 days to claim” would omit a deadline that affects the amount. Record the earliest consequential date for your prize and contact the operator promptly. Keep the applicable rules with the draw record, especially if a later edition changes the wording. See prize claim deadlines.
What remains untested?
This profile does not establish a checkout price advantage, support response time or successful payment. It covers the registered La Tinka channel and uses the current Tinka rules to illustrate product-specific claim conditions. Guest purchases, other games and each payment method require their own applicable instructions. The useful comparison is the same game and purchase route, with a clear entry record and claim obligation — not a generic promise of worldwide lottery access.
