Lottery24 displays international lottery jackpots; the selected English document states a €75,000 ceiling and winnings-only ordinary cash-out. Its applicability to your current order remains unestablished. Keep the order's advertised amount, accepted entitlement and eventual receipt in separate records.
The public homepage promotes international games, syndicates and CSV-ticket uploads. These jackpots exceed the selected document's ceiling. Comparing the offer therefore starts with the promise attached to your exact order, rather than the size of a headline.
The footer declares Websoftdep, registration number 0001223515, as operator. That declaration does not establish present licensing or permitted use in your country. We have not independently checked a regulator or a company's beneficial owners.
What does an entry establish?
The English terms describe more than one route. These are operator declarations, not an observed ticket purchase.
| Question | Contract statement | Reference |
|---|---|---|
| Who supplies the product? | Agent, organiser, insurance or self-insurance. | §4.6 |
| What establishes prize entitlement? | Confirmed ticket and payment recognised at purchase. | §4.2 |
| What happens to receipts? | Originals may be destroyed after 24 hours, if applicable. | §2.8 |
| How large is the stated prize ceiling? | €75,000. | §4.8 |
Before comparing a ticket service with a results-based product, obtain a written answer about the route used for the selection in front of you. Save a dated copy of that answer alongside the product description. A label such as “ticket” does not answer the custody question by itself.
Our suggested evidence folder has four items: the selection and draw, an order reference, the payment record, and the receipt or contractual entitlement. Check that the same reference connects them. An isolated email or screenshot may leave you unable to explain which draw, product or payment it belongs to. The ticket-proof guide develops this comparison.
Which amount can leave the account?
| Item | Stated rule | Reference |
|---|---|---|
| Ordinary cash-out | Winnings only; deposits cannot be reclaimed. | §9.4.2 |
| Small request | Below €10: no payout; below €30: €5 fee. | §9.4.1 |
| Payment dependency | Lottery-company payment first; other fees and documents may apply. | §9.11 |
These rows do not calculate a complete net payment or promise an arrival date. Different questions need different records: the account ledger explains a balance; a payment confirmation explains a transfer. Keep both when following a claim through to its destination.
Consider hypothetical Alex with €24 of unused deposit and €12 of winnings. The arithmetic total is €36. The two components still have different origins. Write them on separate ledger lines instead of making a request from the headline total. This example is a reconciliation exercise, not a tested account or evidence that a particular request will succeed.
For a larger hypothetical award, prepare a worksheet with columns for advertised amount, accepted contractual amount, deductions and eventual receipt. Leave a cell blank until its supporting document exists. Do not fill it with a guess just to make the spreadsheet balance. That produces a useful comparison with another provider: both rows must refer to the same draw, participation type and currency. Our custody guide explains the original-ticket question.
If your shortlist also includes 24Lottos, our 24Lottos vs Lottery24 comparison applies the same participation, period, stop-instruction and fund-origin questions to two separately identified offer files.
What remains unresolved?
The selected documents do not identify the route for an individual order, its current contract edition, a customer-accepted edition or independent licence scope. Separate syndicate conditions were not read. Neither a successful purchase nor a withdrawal was tested. Obtain those missing records before treating the review as an answer about your personal entitlement.
