LOTTO24 is a German lottery intermediary. For the lottery products reviewed here, it arranges participation with a lottery organiser; its separate Slots products use a different contract. The useful comparison is therefore between the entry, receipt and service charge for the same lottery — a list of advertised jackpots is not enough.
Checked on 5 October 2026 against the official terms dated 10 June 2026 and the German regulator’s whitelist. WhiteLotto is commercially connected to LottoPark. This profile does not assign LOTTO24 a score or claim a tested purchase or payout.
Who is the account for?
The terms identify LOTTO24 AG and require customers to be at least 18 and resident in Germany. Location when placing an entry also matters, and some products have state restrictions. A German account should not be treated as permission to participate while travelling anywhere. Official terms
The GGL whitelist separately lists commercial lottery mediation and virtual slots activities. It also connects several domains, including Tipp24, to LOTTO24 AG. Those domains should not inflate a comparison into several unrelated operators. A register entry establishes the listed activity and territory; it does not settle which product suits a particular customer. GGL whitelist
Start a comparison with your residence, current location and the exact game. If those do not match the product conditions, comparing introductory offers is premature. Our service-model guide explains how an intermediary differs from a courier and an outcome-betting platform.
What proves that the entry exists?
For mediated lotteries, the participation contract is with the lottery organiser. LOTTO24 sends a receipt identifying that organiser after acceptance. A trustee holds the organiser’s electronic receipt and collects prizes. This is an electronic contract-and-receipt chain, rather than a promise to send a photograph of a shop ticket. See sections I and III of the terms.
Keep the final receipt alongside the order reference and draw date. A payment record answers how much was paid; the accepted receipt answers which participation was arranged. If an email is missing, ask for confirmation of the specific draw and lottery organiser, rather than assuming that a wallet debit proves entry.
This distinction also prevents a misleading comparison with a physical-ticket service. Ask both providers for the evidence that matters within their model. A scan and an electronic receipt can document different things; image quality alone does not establish entitlement. Read ticket scans and proof for a practical evidence checklist.
How should you compare the cost?
LOTTO24’s contract describes the price as the lottery stake plus its service charge, shown in the basket. Its charge need not equal the underlying organiser’s processing fee. Terms, section III.8
Write down the complete basket before comparing another channel:
| Match this item | Why it changes the comparison |
|---|---|
| Game and draw date | Different draws are different purchases. |
| Number of lines | A small total can conceal fewer entries. |
| Add-on games | Optional extras can account for a price difference. |
| Number of draws | A multi-draw payment is not a single-draw price. |
| Whole entry or group share | A share changes the prize entitlement. |
| Standard charge after a promotion | An introductory price does not establish recurring cost. |
We have not captured a matched checkout basket. There is consequently no supported claim here that LOTTO24 is the cheapest channel. Use the fee guide to record comparable totals.
Funding, winnings and repeat orders
The terms distinguish purpose-bound deposits from withdrawable winnings. They specify payment verification and direct bank payment for prizes above €10,000. Regular orders have a cancellation deadline linked to the participation period, with confirmation stating the last participation date. Terms, sections II.2 and III.7
Before funding an account, decide the amount you actually intend to use. Do not assume an unused deposit has the same withdrawal treatment as a credited prize. Record the chosen payment method and keep ownership details consistent with the account.
For a repeat order, save three dates: the next charge, the final cancellation deadline and the last draw covered after cancellation. Deleting an app or simply deciding to stop is poor evidence that an instruction ended. Our guides to balances and subscription cancellation explain the separate decisions.
When is this profile useful?
LOTTO24 belongs in a comparison of German mediated lottery participation where the reader wants to understand the organiser, accepted receipt and total service cost. It should not be presented as a global route to any lottery. The practical next step is to compare one eligible product and its documented conditions. Account access, transaction handling, customer support and payout performance remain untested in this review.
