LottoMat review: ticket scans, service prices and withdrawal checks

LottoMat describes physical tickets and account scans. Service fees and withdrawal document checks are separate.

LottoMat describes local ticket purchase and account scans. Its website price and the printed coupon's face value should be compared separately.

This review covers the public lottery-messenger documents read on 7 October 2026. We did not register, complete checkout, inspect a purchased coupon or test a withdrawal. A licence statement is an operator declaration, not an independently verified authorisation for your location. The visible terms do not establish their edition date. Keno, promotions and individual tax advice are outside this review.

Who provides the service, and what evidence is promised?

The terms name LLL World Marketing Limited as website operator and GMarketing Limited as licence holder. On the play page, LottoMat says representatives buy physical tickets at authorised retailers and upload images showing draw date, numbers, retailer details and serial numbers. This is its declared process, not an observed order.

For a buyer, the useful test is whether the image belongs to the order and draw being discussed. An attractive sample coupon does not establish that connection. Retain enough information to ask about one entry precisely.

Item to compareWhat to matchQuestion if it differs
Order referenceIntended game and drawWhich instruction does this record concern?
Coupon imageNumbers, date and identifying detailsDoes this image belong to that order?
Payment recordAmount, currency and orderIs the payment being matched to the correct purchase?
Claim correspondenceThe same entry and claimantWhat document or action is still required?

This is our checking method, not a claim that every listed field appears in the current interface. The ticket-scan guide explains why payment evidence and entry evidence answer different questions. We did not establish an original-ticket delivery or custody procedure for a major win.

Compare the service price with the coupon value

The terms say the ticket price includes a service fee and may differ from the lottery's official price; submitted purchases are final.

No current equivalent basket or exact markup was captured. Ask for the complete price for the same game, draw, number of lines and currency. An image showing a lower printed value does not, on its own, describe the service cost or identify an overcharge. Conversely, calling a fee included does not quantify it.

Keep the final quote with the order reference so a later price enquiry concerns the amount you actually accepted. The service-fee guide gives a framework for comparing totals without pretending two different baskets are equivalent.

Withdrawal conditions and a dated transition article

The terms' Withdrawal Policy requires a balance higher than €10 and mandatory identity checks. It allows up to three work days for checking documents. A non-IBAN bank transfer may incur a deduction. Document review is not a bank-arrival guarantee.

The help index separates a platform-transition category from payment and winnings categories. Its linked pending-withdrawal article, updated 31 March 2025, describes cancelled incomplete requests and a five-day processing statement for documented requests still pending. That dated transition text is not a general October 2026 cashout deadline.

Use the table to identify the unresolved stage before asking why money is late. Do not restart a request merely because a different help article mentions a shorter period. Our withdrawal-limits guide explains why these stages should be tracked separately.

Our assessment

The documents give a concrete ticket-image claim and a reason to separate the service price from printed value. They also supply withdrawal conditions that a prospective customer should read before paying. The historical platform-transition article needs its date and context retained.

We have no tested fulfilment speed, exact current price, customer-specific eligibility, accepted contract or successful prize-payment record. Those gaps prevent a numerical reliability rating or a claim that the service is cheapest. For an individual enquiry, the next useful evidence is the order-linked coupon, complete price and status of the same withdrawal request.

Frequently asked questions

Does the five-day help wording guarantee a current withdrawal?

No. It comes from the dated transition article, not a current payment test. Ask which procedure and stage apply to your request.
