Before interpreting a Mido Lotto charge or cancellation, distinguish a ticket-order instruction from permission to fund the wallet. An instruction state cannot establish every financial transaction. Identify each layer and its records rather than treating the word “automatic” as a single event.
Checked on 7 October 2026, this documentary review uses the public Mido Lotto homepage, which describes a ticket courier fulfilling orders through lottery retailers. We have not independently verified licensing or current geographical availability. The homepage's state count and named list disagree, so neither becomes a confirmed availability list here. The linked terms display an effective date of 29 December 2023; the help has no visible edition date. Your accepted version, enabled settings and transaction outcome remain unknown.
The separately elected wallet payment
The linked terms name Lottery Now, Inc. Section 2.7 allows elected bank/payment-account or card funding when the wallet falls below a chosen balance, using a chosen amount. Requested cancellation may take up to 72 hours; tickets ordered before it takes effect are nonrefundable under that clause. Section 2.4 credits unfulfilled order amounts and service fees back to the account; insufficiently funded orders are not fulfilled.
The cancellation wording concerns triggered funding. No timetable for stopping Autoplay follows from it, nor a promise to refund every transaction. Equally, a returned amount in the account and returned money at a bank are different observations. Match any cancellation request to the permission it addresses and any adjustment to its particular transaction.
What Autoplay funds and records
The official Autoplay help describes selecting Every Draw under Number of Draws for a repeating order. It uses wallet funds per order, sends a receipt after each placed order and shows history and tickets separately. Insufficient wallet funds pause it; restarting is described as loading funds and restarting through management. Unavailable-state location can also pause orders. Its statement against directly charging the connected payment method to refill the wallet describes Autoplay, not whether a user separately elected the contractual triggered payment.
We treat those passages as descriptions of different payment layers, not as a finding about an individual account. A reader should not infer that an external payment is impossible merely because the ticket-order feature spends an internal balance. Conversely, the existence of a contractual option does not prove it was selected, triggered or completed for that reader.
| Event you need to identify | Evidence that addresses it | What that evidence does not establish |
|---|---|---|
| Permission for future wallet funding | The relevant election, amount and balance condition | Whether an external payment actually happened |
| External payment | The financial institution's transaction record | Whether the wallet has received the same amount |
| Wallet credit | The account entry corresponding to that payment or adjustment | Whether a ticket order was placed |
| Ticket order | Its order reference, receipt and history | Every detail of physical fulfilment |
| Ticket participation | The ticket and draw evidence linked to the order | The status of an unrelated funding permission |
This table is an original way to organise evidence, not a tested interface description. It prevents a single “automatic” label from covering several unrelated events. Our subscription and renewal guide explains the broader difference between a repeating purchase instruction and the money available to execute it.
A hypothetical balance example
Suppose Alex's wallet contains $12 and a complete illustrative order costs $5. Those invented amounts are not Mido Lotto prices or fee quotes. If that order amount is deducted, the remaining balance is $7. Nothing in that arithmetic, by itself, identifies a separate bank payment.
Now imagine a separate funding choice with a hypothetical $8 balance condition and a $20 payment amount. If such a payment is separately credited after the balance reaches $7, the wallet arithmetic becomes $27. This is an explanatory example of two layers, not a claim about available settings, debit timing, successful authorisation or the screen names in the app.
| Hypothetical observation | What Alex can distinguish | What remains unresolved |
|---|---|---|
| A $5 order deduction leaves $7 | Money used for the illustrative order | Whether another funding permission exists |
| A separate $20 wallet credit produces $27 | Added wallet money versus the order's cost | Its source, timing and any associated external payment |
| A future order shows a pause | An instruction state versus the current balance | The funding permission's status and previously placed orders |
If Alex intends to stop future spending, there are two questions to document: the ticket-order instruction and any separate authority to fund the wallet. We cannot establish from these pages that a change to one cancels the other. Keep the stated reason for the pause, the cancellation request and any subsequent transaction together; none should silently stand in for the rest.
The official support directory lists separate Autoplay and Autofund articles. The latter article was not read for this review. A directory label is insufficient to map the contract's funding mechanism to an exact Autofund button, setting or cancellation route.
An order receipt, wallet adjustment and physical ticket also remain different records. Our ticket records and proof guide explains why evidence of a payment should be connected to the particular entry rather than treated as participation by itself. No individual purchase, cancellation, refund or prize payment was tested.
Frequently asked questions
Does pausing Autoplay prove that bank payments have stopped?
No. A ticket-order state cannot establish every external-payment permission. Identify the authority involved and its current status rather than assuming one change covers both layers.
Is 72 hours the Autoplay cancellation deadline?
No. Section 2.7 addresses triggered wallet funding, not Autoplay timing. It does not promise refunds for every earlier transaction.
Does a wallet credit prove that my ticket was purchased?
No. Identify whether it is funding or an adjustment, then look for the corresponding order and ticket evidence. A balance increase alone does not establish participation in a particular draw.
