MSL review: account balance and purchase records

A balance label, a movement and a purchase record answer separate questions. Match the category and time first, then request the document for the specific entry.

An MSL account total and a record of buying an entry answer different questions. Before adding funds or buying again, identify the label on the amount you are reading, the time it describes and the movement you want explained. Keep the intended product and draw in a separate purchase file. That makes an enquiry specific enough to resolve a missing connection.

This review uses selected Ukrainian consumer-site evidence. The displayed website-definition document and a customer's accepted version are separate records; the latter has not been established here. The worksheet below organises the records needed for a specific purchase decision.

MSL Loto-Zabava description lists retail, website and mobile-app purchase channels.

MSL rules dated 28 May 2026 distinguish combined balance, own funds and winnings.

Identify the amount before explaining its change

Copy the displayed label exactly, alongside the amount and observation time. A total is useful as a starting point, but it does not explain every movement behind it. A category view and a dated transaction can provide different parts of the answer. Keep both instead of renaming everything “money available”.

For an intended funding step, write down what you want the new payment to achieve. Adding money to an account and requesting an entry are separate actions in your decision file. Our minimum deposits and withdrawals guide helps frame the question about the amount or limit being discussed; obtain the answer for your particular record.

Build a movement file alongside the purchase file

This example is fictional. Mila has an opening screenshot B1, a movement reference M1, a later screenshot B2 and a separate purchase reference E1. She wants to explain a changed amount and confirm which entry she requested. These are invented records, not an MSL transaction history.

Record in Mila's fictional folderDetail to copyQuestion the record should answer
Opening B1Displayed category, amount and observation timeWhat starting figure is being compared?
Movement M1Reference, dated amount, wording and statusWhich change does this document identify?
Closing B2The same category and its later observation timeAre the two figures comparable on that basis?
Purchase E1Requested product, draw and available confirmationWhich document identifies the particular entry?

Compare B1 and B2 only after checking that their labels and observation points match. Then place M1 beside the change you are trying to explain. If two movements appear, give each its own line. Do not assign the entire difference to the first reference that looks plausible.

If a movement is described as a charge, preserve that wording and request the corresponding explanation. The service-fees worksheet helps record an identified item and the question attached to it.

Decide which missing document matters next

A neat reconciliation can still leave E1 unanswered. Conversely, a purchase confirmation may not explain an unrelated account movement. Choose the next question from the gap in the file:

Intended next stepEvidence to identify first
Add fundsThe named category, movement reference and purpose of the proposed payment
Buy an entryThe requested product and draw, followed by the document identifying that entry

For E1, use our ticket-scans and proof guide to distinguish an image, order message and entry record. If the question concerns a winning result, the claiming-winnings guide helps connect its reference to the participation file. Keep that question separate from merely explaining a displayed category.

For a time-sensitive purchase, preserve the named draw and the time shown in the records. The draw-cutoff and time-zone guide helps phrase a timing enquiry without borrowing a deadline from another product.

A useful message is: “B1 and B2 show the same category at these times. Which movement explains the difference, and which document identifies entry E1?” Keep the reply with the unchanged originals. If it answers only one part, leave the other question open rather than silently treating the file as complete.

Frequently asked questions

Does a displayed total prove that I bought an entry?

Use the document for the named purchase to answer that question. A total describes an amount; it does not, by itself, identify the requested product, draw and entry reference.

Can I explain a balance change using one payment screenshot?

First match its reference, time and category to the change. Keep any remaining difference explicit and ask which other record explains it instead of completing the history by assumption.

Which question should I resolve before paying again?

Identify what remains unclear: the starting category, a movement or the particular purchase. Request the document that resolves that gap, then assess the next payment against the purpose you actually intended.
