Sazka / Allwyn Czech review: existing accounts, apps and lottery records

Identify the existing service and lottery record before treating a changed name or app as a reason to register again.

The official Sazka-to-Allwyn help says the Czech gaming account and login details stay the same. A changed name on an app is therefore a reason to identify which service you are looking at, not automatically a reason to register again.

This review covers the documented Czech lottery-account transition, with sources read on 7 October 2026 UTC. It does not review every Allwyn business worldwide, Sazkabet sports bets or casino products. No account was opened, app updated, cookie choice made, ticket bought or withdrawal tested. Our question is practical: which existing account, application and lottery record should a returning Sazka customer identify?

Sazka Online and Sazka Klub have different new names

The official transition help says Sazka.cz changes to Allwyn.cz while the gaming account, login details, balance, betting history and favourites remain. It describes re-entering credentials and confirming cookies on the first website login after the domain change. Sazka Online becomes Allwyn Online; Sazka Klub becomes Allwyn Klub. Sazka Hry and Sazkabet retain their names. The club-account and card explanation is separate.

That is an operator explanation, not our observation of a customer's migration. Start by naming the app you previously used and the task you want to perform. Seeing a club card and finding an online lottery purchase are different tasks, even when the names share a new brand.

What the returning customer noticesUseful question before taking action
A differently named websiteAm I looking for my existing gaming account or another service?
An app now labelled Allwyn OnlineWhich previous app and account was I using?
An app now labelled Allwyn KlubIs my question about a club record or a lottery purchase?
An old Sazka-labelled receiptWhich game, draw and transaction does this document identify?
A familiar balance but an unclear entryWhich purchase record, rather than which logo, needs explaining?

The table is an editorial checklist, not a tested app-navigation guide. Keep the old and new names in your enquiry so support can understand the transition you mean. Avoid describing every account as simply “my Allwyn,” which can conceal the actual service involved.

Do not treat the rename as a second-account instruction

The general portal conditions name Allwyn Česko a.s. and state effectiveness on 19 January 2026. Section 2 allows one Můj účet per participant; sharing it across offered games also requires satisfying each other game's conditions. Registration includes Czech residence, being over 18 and identity requirements before a first bet.

Read that alongside the transition explanation. A person who cannot find an old record needs the existing account identified, rather than assuming a fresh registration will retrieve it. This review does not establish the current status of any particular account or whether an individual can complete registration.

Imagine Klára previously used Sazka Online, then opens a renamed club app and cannot see the lottery purchase she remembers. She assumes the purchase disappeared during the name change and considers starting again. This is a deliberately hypothetical example, not an observed support case.

Klára's useful next step is to identify the previous application, the account concerned and the old purchase reference. A focused enquiry could say: “I previously used this named service. I am now seeing this application and cannot locate this draw record. Please identify which existing account and record my enquiry concerns.” That asks about evidence without deciding in advance that anything was lost.

A new logo does not identify a completed lottery entry

The transition help says old lottery tickets remain valid under the rules. That statement should not be turned into a new deadline for an individual ticket. Start with the draw and document, then establish the applicable instructions.

For an online record enquiry, the portal conditions distinguish bet/win records under Moje sázky or Moje historie → Hry from money transactions under Moje historie → Transakce. Section 13 describes 365 days of displayed history, with 30-day exceptions for instant lotteries and technical games, and longer betting history available on request through the contact centre.

Those categories give a reader a better question than whether everything is “still there.” A money entry and a lottery entry may need to be reconciled, but one description should not substitute for the other. Our ticket-proof guide explains how to ask what a particular document establishes.

Record to keep in the enquiryWhat to clarify
Previous service nameWhich account or application the question concerns
Game and draw dateThe particular participation being discussed
Purchase referenceWhich recorded entry belongs to the enquiry
Account-history descriptionWhether it describes play or a money movement
Support responseWhich record it actually explains and what remains open

These are suggested categories, not extra operator requirements. Retain existing documents privately. The verification-document guide offers general questions about sharing only the material an appropriate official channel requests.

Lottery rules are separate from the brand announcement

The game-plan index separates lotteries from Sazkabet and other categories. It labels a lottery plan effective 17 September 2026. The linked-plan request failed in this research, so this review does not adopt its clauses or replace it with an older PDF from a search result. The transition help has no visible edition date. The general conditions' January date is not the lottery plan's September edition.

FAQ

Do I need a new account because Sazka is now Allwyn?

The transition help says the gaming account remains. Identify an existing-account problem before assuming new registration is the answer.

Does Allwyn Klub explain my online lottery purchase?

Identify the service and transaction involved. A club record and a purchase record answer different questions; their branding alone does not connect them.

Does this review guarantee that an old ticket can still be claimed?

No. It does not inspect your ticket, accepted conditions or deadline. Ask about the named draw and document; no individual claim, current licence or payout outcome was verified.
