A submitted request is not your validation evidence
For an intended TuLoto purchase, identify the selection and event first, then keep the submitted request, payment record, validation evidence and ticket image in separate fields. An unexplained gap is a question to resolve; it is not proof that an order failed or permission to assume the same participation was accepted.
This review reads TuLoto's own description and help page. It does not concern the similarly named TuLotero service. No account, purchase, payment, email delivery or claim was tested, and the operative contract was not reviewed.
What the selected declarations say
The site describes orders to a physical outlet rather than immediate execution. About
After validation, the site says it emails confirmation and a scanned official ticket. Help
Treat these as selected operator declarations, not evidence that your intended order has been performed. A description of a physical outlet is not an independent authority finding or a custody agreement. Match the actual records available to you rather than filling missing fields from that general description.
Keep each stage attached to the intended event
Our worksheet distinguishes the question answered by each record. It is an enquiry method, not a tested view of the service's account or messages.
| Record | What to identify | Question left to resolve |
|---|---|---|
| Intended selection | Product, event and selected entry details | What participation did you mean to request? |
| Submitted request | Actual request reference and its recorded outcome | Does this record identify that selection and event? |
| Payment | Original charge or transfer reference and its recorded outcome | Which request does the payment relate to? |
| Validation evidence | The actual notice or reference you received | What accepted participation does it identify? |
| Ticket image | The image and the fields you can actually match | Does it correspond to the selection and event in the validation record? |
If a record is missing, write that it is missing. A payment record cannot supply an absent validation reference, and an image for a different event cannot answer the question about the intended one. Preserve the original files and observation times when later replies arrive.
Use the proof-of-entry guide for the evidence question. If the charge itself is unexplained, keep that enquiry separate with the payment-status guide.
An invented request with an unanswered validation question
Imagine that Irene keeps a submitted-request record and a payment record for an intended entry. She cannot identify a validation reference for that event in the files she has. Her enquiry names the original request, intended event and missing validation field. If a later image arrives, she compares its event and entry details with the corresponding validation record rather than treating any image as the answer.
This example is invented. It supplies no actual account screen, email layout, receipt, delivery time or completed purchase. Asking about the first request is a separate action from considering another order; repeating a purchase does not explain the earlier record.
Resolve the evidence before interpreting a deadline
Keep the applicable participation deadline beside the intended event, not beside a guessed processing time. This review has not established the service's operative timing for your order. Use the cutoff and time-zone worksheet to record the actual stated deadline and evidence needed to interpret it.
A request enquiry also does not settle who holds an original ticket or handles a claim. The ownership-and-custody guide helps identify those separate documents. Do not infer ownership rights from the presence of a scan alone.
Findings still open
The contracting party, complete current cost, personal admission, full operative terms, custody and claim rights, independent licence status and tested delivery remain unestablished. The two source editions are unknown; a website header clock is not a document edition or a tested processing timestamp.
Ask through a verified private channel using the intended event, request reference and unresolved field. Keep credentials and full ticket, identity or payment records private. Preserve the answer with the original records rather than replacing their earlier state with a later explanation.
