XOLotto’s English terms describe lottery-outcome betting: your contract is with the platform, not the source lottery provider. English terms are the starting point for checking what a selected product actually provides. Before paying, resolve three separate questions: which participation record you receive, how many draws the charge funds, and which funds can leave the account.
Company and document scope
The current homepage footer names Clubhouse Media N.V., registration 145680, in Curaçao. It states 19-plus participation and selected non-US jurisdictions. See the homepage footer. An older blog footer says 18-plus, unlike the current homepage. That older promotional page should not replace the selected product’s accepted conditions.
The ordinary read displayed a country-unavailable notice. It did not establish a complete accepted-country list, an independently verified licence or eligibility for an individual reader. The selected lottery section also does not settle the custody arrangements for every product advertised under the brand.
What does an order need to show?
Section I(5) defines syndicate shares as percentages of winnings. No selected pool, share denominator or share price was captured. Ask for an order-specific record rather than treating a game name, number selection or account label as sufficient proof.
| Before payment | Record to request | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Selected product | Game, draw, participation type and party owing a valid prize | Match the quote to the agreement you accept. |
| Individual or group participation | Number of entries or shares, total pool and allocation formula | Establish what fraction the order buys. |
| Full charge | Total amount, currency, draw count and separate fees | Compare the entire commitment rather than a displayed unit. |
| Draw acceptance | Cut-off time and confirmation for each included draw | Keep a record that can be matched with the charge. |
Sections C(3)–(5) make deposit charges and limits payment-method dependent. This research did not establish a universal entry price, deposit minimum, payment fee or live checkout total. Ask for the selected payment method’s complete quote; do not substitute a promotional credit or jackpot figure for the amount due.
Can turning off a subscription undo a paid draw?
The FAQ says subscriptions charge one week before a draw, with cancellation limited to upcoming subscriptions not already fully paid. Its subscription instructions and the terms describe different stages:
| Stage | Stated rule | Confirmation to retain |
|---|---|---|
| Subscription renewal — I(3)(c) | Where offered, subscriptions renew automatically; next period prepaid. Account notice at least 24 hours before next draw. | Selected period, next draw and effective ending time. |
| Funding — FAQ | Already fully paid subscriptions excluded. | A list of paid draws and the next charge that will stop. |
| Ending instruction — FAQ | My Tickets toggle, confirmation prompt and on-screen ending confirmation. | The ending confirmation and corresponding schedule. |
Placed bets cannot be changed or cancelled by the user (H(2)). A future draw date alone does not answer whether that draw is already funded. Reconcile the billing date, notice deadline and paid period before relying on a toggle. Ask which specific draw is the last covered by the charge and which future debit the ending instruction prevents. Subscription cancellation and account closure provides a separate checklist for choosing the scope of an instruction.
Can a deposited balance be withdrawn?
Sections C(9), E(13) and L(6) restrict unspent deposits: no ordinary refund or withdrawal, and real-money deposits must be wagered fully at least once. This is a restriction to consider before funding, not a reason to place more bets to recover money.
E(4) requires first-withdrawal identity checks; E(11) requires a withdrawable balance above the applicable minimum. The numerical minimum was not established here. Ask for a breakdown of deposit principal, winnings, promotional funds and currently withdrawable cash, with the conditions attached to each. Our balance guide explains how to read that breakdown.
What would support a prize claim?
H(9) says accepted bet details appear in the account. I(8)–(9) apply theoretical deductions, shared-award calculations and possible annuities. Neither an account entry nor a headline jackpot establishes the final amount reaching a bank account.
For a selected order, retain the accepted confirmation and applicable prize calculation. Ask who handles the claim, what evidence is required and whether any original lottery ticket exists for that product. Official tickets versus lottery bets explains why those answers depend on the participation model.
No dated edition was visible. The customer-accepted contract, product-specific conditions, actual custody and a completed payout remain unverified. This review supports those checks; it does not turn promotional payout assurances into tested results.
