Your Lotto Service review: syndicate shares, payments and cancellation

Your Lotto Service describes phone-managed syndicate membership rather than ownership of an individual ticket. Keep written proof of your share, first play and confirmed cancellation date.

Is Your Lotto Service an individual ticket seller?

Your Lotto Service describes a managed lottery syndicate joined through its call centre. Members share winnings from the syndicate's tickets; subscribing does not give you ownership of a particular ticket or line. It is therefore a different proposition from choosing and keeping your own individual entry.

The useful review question is: Which pool, share and subscription period have I accepted, and what written record proves them? A large advertised lottery prize cannot answer that.

Who can join, and who is the contract with?

The published terms identify Yourlottoservice UK Ltd, company number 10104456. Registration requires UK residence, age 18 or over and capacity to enter a contract. This is a UK service review, not a claim of worldwide availability. We have not independently verified its regulatory position.

Registration is by telephone. The terms describe a subsequent Order Confirmation and recorded calls. Before agreeing, distinguish a Free Lines offer from a paid recurring subscription; retain the confirmation and the conditions supplied with it.

What do a share and a monthly statement establish?

The FAQ describes paid professional syndicates covering National Lottery and EuroMillions pools. It says numbers are fixed for the month and customers cannot choose their own. Pool sizes vary; do not apply one promotional pool's share fraction to every paid product.

RecordWhat it helps establishWhat still needs checking
Order ConfirmationThe arrangement accepted after the callProduct, price, share allocation and first participating period
Pool and share detailsYour interest in that syndicate's winningsPool size and allocation rule, especially with multiple shares
Monthly postal statementPlayed lines, winnings and the next month's previewWhich final draws appear in a later statement
Written termination confirmationThe accepted end of a subscriptionLast payment and final participating period

Customers receive postal statements rather than online account access; customer service can provide account records. A paper preview and a completed draw record serve different purposes. Ask for missing participation details; do not assume an online ticket scan exists.

Compare syndicate shares with individual entries and proof of lottery participation before comparing headline prizes.

Price, first debit and first play are separate

We did not establish a current standard price or a breakdown between ticket cost and service charge from the reviewed pages. Obtain the full recurring charge and included participation in the Order Confirmation. Multiplying a ticket's retail price by a headline line count does not establish the price of your share.

The FAQ says professional subscriptions are normally debited around the 16th of the month after registration; a failed debit may be retried around the 5th of the following month. It describes monthly, rather than weekly, participation.

The published contract says play begins the month after next: a January agreement starts in March. A debit date is not proof of participation in an earlier draw. Keep those dates separate when checking an invoice or statement. Read lottery-service fees for the questions a complete price quote should answer.

How are winnings allocated and paid?

The PDF linked from the terms page makes distribution dependent on cleared funds received from the lottery operator. It describes cutting shares off at two decimal places, possible delays for total winnings over £50,000, and verification before payment. A displayed winning result is not a guaranteed bank-receipt date.

The FAQ describes payment around the 4th of the month when the balance exceeds £2. The paid-subscription rules say balances below £2 accumulate until £2 is reached. Payment at exactly £2 is not consistently described. Confirm it rather than assuming an automatic transfer. Free Lines has a separate rule excluding payments of £2 or less.

The PDF normally uses the registration payment method, with own-name bank transfer and possible additional KYC when winnings exceed subscription fees. It also permits loss of retained winnings after six months of dormancy or failure to supply valid payment details. Resolve a remaining balance when ending participation; cancellation and payout are separate questions. See claiming winnings through a service.

Cooling-off and ending an ongoing subscription

The cancellation policy gives 14 days from receipt of Order Confirmation to cancel without a reason. It accepts a clear statement by phone or in writing; its optional form is not mandatory. Keep evidence of sending the request.

For ongoing participation, the June 2024 terms describe a product-dependent initial term of one or three months. The FAQ specifically describes three months for a professional subscription. Confirm the initial term for the product you accepted; do not assume a one-month option.

Frequently asked questions

Does Free Lines automatically mean a paid subscription?

The FAQ says Free Lines-only registration needs no payment details and creates no debit. Check that the confirmation records that offer, rather than paid professional membership.

What if a cancellation or downgrade was mishandled?

The refund policy covers specified processing errors, including a timely cancellation followed by a charge or an incorrectly processed downgrade. A refund request needs its own record; do not treat stopping future participation as proof that money has been refunded.

How can I obtain missing records?

The contact page lists 020 3695 6222 and an email address, with telephone hours Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm. Ask for the accepted product, share, participation dates and outstanding balance together.

The documents checked on 6 October 2026 include HTML and a linked PDF marked June 2024. The older download is marked May 2023; its cancellation example read today agrees with them. A fresh reading is not a new contractual edition. This review used public documents, without a call, subscription, payment or prize-claim test.
