Jackpot.com review: US lottery courier and claims

Jackpot.com’s US lottery service arranges official-ticket purchases within listed jurisdictions. The courier model, state claim route and separate skill-contest rules need different checks.

Is Jackpot.com a lottery courier or a betting website?

The US service reviewed here is a lottery courier: it arranges purchases of official state lottery tickets through retailers. You need to be physically within a jurisdiction where that service operates. The same brand also offers separately governed skill contests, which are not ticket purchases and should not be included in a lottery-courier comparison.

This is a public-document review. We have not opened an account, completed checkout or tested a prize payment. WhiteLotto is commercially connected to LottoPark; this profile is informational coverage of a different service.

Which company and US markets does this review cover?

The June 2026 terms name Lottomatrix USA LLC and Lottomatrix NY LLC, trading as Jackpot. They require physical presence in an authorised jurisdiction and the applicable minimum age, which may exceed 18. Owning a US address does not replace the location requirement.

On 5 October 2026, the operator's states page presented Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York and Ohio as available. It placed other states in a separate coming-soon section. This is a dated operator listing, not an independently checked authorisation register or a promise that every game is available in every listed state.

The relevant comparison is therefore a particular state's courier service. Do not apply this profile to historical or overseas Jackpot-branded betting pages, or use a skill-contest availability list to infer lottery access.

What happens to the physical ticket?

The operator's lottery-service explanation describes retailer purchase, scanning and secure storage of the original. Its homepage FAQ says the scan becomes available after purchase, with timing depending on order processing. An order acknowledgment and a purchased ticket are separate stages.

StageUseful evidence to retainWhat it does not settle alone
Order submittedProduct, selected numbers, draw and payment recordWhether the retailer has issued the ticket
Ticket shown in the accountImage linked to the intended draw and orderArrangements for handing over a major winning ticket
Prize notificationClaimed match, amount and next stepFinal validation or the date funds will reach your bank

For a late order, the practical question is whether the image and confirmation identify the draw you intended. Ask support about an unresolved fulfilment status before assuming participation. Our ticket-evidence guide separates payment proof from entry proof.

Service fees and the amount you commit

Under section 20 of the terms, the service charge can apply to a deposit or an order, with the percentage disclosed at that stage. We did not observe a checkout rate, so this profile does not give a universal fee percentage.

Compare ticket face value, service charge and total payment separately. For illustration only, a $10 ticket basket plus a $2 service charge requires $12. A statement that the ticket itself retains its official price does not erase the service cost. Those numbers are not a Jackpot quote.

The homepage FAQ says the service does not take fees from winnings. That is a narrower statement than “using the platform is free.” See lottery-service fees before comparing it with a retailer or another courier.

Smaller winnings and a major claim take different routes

The FAQ describes crediting smaller prizes and delivering the ticket for a larger claim. The applicable state threshold determines the route; a generic reference to $600 is not a national rule.

Section 24 of the terms lists withdrawable-credit requests from $1 to $1,000 each. Its three-to-five-business-day estimate concerns crediting an eligible smaller prize, not guaranteed bank arrival or the settlement of a jackpot.

Before a major claim, establish the collection or delivery method, identity requirements and lottery deadline. A courier holding the ticket does not eliminate those steps. Keep ticket collection, lottery validation and account withdrawal as separate entries in your records; our claiming-winnings guide explains why.

Keep skill contests out of the ticket comparison

The skill-contest terms, effective 1 June 2026, describe peer-to-peer contests with a prize-pool contribution and a retained service fee. They have their own eligible-jurisdiction controls and scoring rules.

A contest entry therefore cannot be assessed with a lottery's ticket price, draw rules or claim threshold. Even within one app, identify the product before interpreting a balance or prize message.

Our assessment and remaining gaps

Jackpot.com offers a documented US courier model with account scans and a separate route for major winning tickets. Its relevance depends first on your state and chosen game, then on the actual fee and custody arrangements.

We have not independently checked current state courier licences, measured fulfilment speed or recorded a comparable price basket. Those gaps prevent a nationwide approval claim, price ranking or reliability score. The Lotto.com profile provides another US courier reference; the service-model guide explains why these services differ from cross-border messengers and lottery betting.
