Does Lotto.com provide real lottery tickets?
Lotto.com describes a US courier service that obtains official tickets and keeps the physical originals while customers access digital images. Its Digital Scratch product also represents a physical scratch ticket; the screen is a way to reveal it, not evidence that it is an unrelated online casino game.
This review uses the public New Jersey-hosted contract and product explanations, with the relevant market limits kept visible. We have not registered, ordered or withdrawn. WhiteLotto is commercially connected to LottoPark; this is informational coverage of another platform.
Where is the service available?
On 5 October 2026, the state selector listed Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon and Puerto Rico. These are 12 jurisdictions; Puerto Rico is not a US state. A selector entry does not establish that draw tickets, scratch tickets and other features have identical availability.
The reviewed terms require physical presence in an authorised jurisdiction to order its tickets and compliance with that jurisdiction's age requirements. Check the specific state page and product before funding an account; selecting a state is not proof of being eligible there.
The privacy policy identifies Lotto.com Inc. and its affiliates/subsidiaries as service operators. The contract uses Lotto.com and affiliated entities collectively. We have not established a complete legal-entity map for every state. The New Jersey company page declares courier registration; we have not independently rechecked that registration with the lottery authority.
Who keeps the ticket?
The New Jersey company disclosure says tickets are held in trust, with images supplied to the customer and physical delivery limited to the circumstances in the terms. “It is my entry” does not mean “the original will immediately be mailed to me.”
| Question | What to clarify for your order |
|---|---|
| Has the ticket been issued? | Match the image to the order, numbers, game and draw |
| Where is the original? | Identify the custody and handover arrangements |
| Is this a shared or personal entry? | Record the entitlement rather than infer it from the image |
| What happens after a significant win? | Establish the lottery's claim route and the ticket-release steps |
Treat the scan as a useful record and protect it like other claim material. Do not post barcodes or account-linked images publicly when asking for help. Read ticket ownership and custody for the difference between evidence, possession and a claim.
Digital Scratch: a physical product with a digital reveal
The operator's Digital Scratch explanation describes purchasing a physical scratch ticket and retaining it while the customer reveals its image onscreen. This is the defining product distinction. The source's marketing about winning frequency is not a measured return or a reason to spend more.
Ask which state lottery issued the ticket and which official game's rules apply. A reveal animation cannot answer a question about the game's remaining prizes or the claim deadline. This profile does not verify stock, particular ticket outcomes or availability of scratch products in each listed jurisdiction.
Fees, deposits and promotional credits
The transparency statement says revenue comes from a convenience fee and describes no commission on winnings. The terms say fees vary by game and jurisdiction. We have not observed an equivalent checkout basket, so no single rate or cheapest-service claim is supported.
Section 5 also makes deposited funds, including prepaid subscription funds, generally non-withdrawable and non-refundable, with stated legal exceptions; lottery winnings are treated separately. That is material before adding money. An account balance is not necessarily money you can send back to your bank.
For an illustrative personal record, separate $15 of deposited funds from $5 of prize credit instead of describing the total as “$20 available to withdraw.” This is a bookkeeping example, not a live Lotto.com account or a prediction of its cashier display. Our balance guide explains the distinction.
The promotion rules add another layer: service fees can remain payable on a discounted or free-ticket offer, and fees do not count towards a stated minimum ticket purchase. Keep promotion value separate from regular cost.
How are prizes claimed?
Section 7G of the terms describes account credit for prizes within the relevant retailer redemption limit. Larger prizes require the customer to claim with the issuing lottery; ticket handover can involve delivery or collection and identity checks. The threshold varies by jurisdiction.
Establish the handover deadline and responsibilities before choosing delivery. A credited prize, a valid physical ticket and a completed bank withdrawal are different stages. We have not measured any of them. See claiming lottery winnings for the record to retain.
Our assessment
Lotto.com adds a documented courier and physical-scratch-ticket model to a US shortlist. The main trade-offs to investigate are state/product eligibility, original-ticket custody, checkout fees and the treatment of deposited funds.
The Jackpot.com profile is another US courier reference, not an assertion that both services offer the same product in your location. For wider comparisons, use the service-model guide before comparing an international messenger with a state-specific courier.
