What should you check before ordering from Lottofy?
Start with the evidence you would need after payment: the exact draw, your selected numbers, the purchase reference and the document identifying participation. Ask which reference belongs to the order and which belongs to the ticket. This review separates individual participation evidence from published help; it does not verify a purchase or certify the governing contract.
Lottofy’s help index describes receipts and serial numbers for held tickets. Help
The linked help page was reviewed on 13 October 2026. Its description is an operator declaration, rather than proof that a particular order has been fulfilled. We have not resolved the applicable contract edition, current price, country admission, independently checked licence, custody arrangement or an individual withdrawal arrangement. Those gaps prevent an unconditional recommendation.
Published help on payouts and subscriptions
The following dated help answers are operator declarations. Both were read on 13 October 2026; they do not settle the governing agreement for an individual order.
Updated 28/09/2026: tiers 1–3, documents within 20 days after draw; payment within 10 days after Lottofy receives funds. Help
Updated 18/07/2026: changes from next draw; insufficient funds skip that draw without cancelling the subscription. Help
Ask for the agreement that applies to your selected product and your own account before relying on a help answer. Our withdrawal verification guide and subscription guide explain how to formulate that enquiry. No account, purchase or withdrawal was tested.
Build a receipt-to-entry check
A useful receipt should answer more than “did a payment go through?” For a proposed Lottofy order, write down the following questions before accepting the final summary. The table is our checking worksheet, not a sample of Lottofy account records.
| Record to request | Question it should answer |
|---|---|
| Order reference | Which paid instruction does this identify? |
| Draw and numbers | Which dated draw and exact selection are covered? |
| Ticket or participation identifier | What issued entry does the reference identify, and how can it be matched to the order? |
| Custody answer | Who holds any original, and how would access or a claim work? |
A long number is not self-explanatory. If support gives a reference without saying what it identifies, ask for its meaning rather than treating its length or appearance as proof. Keep the answer with the proposed order details so that two unrelated references cannot accidentally be compared.
Use the same numbers, dates and references in your enquiry
Here is an original message you can adapt. It describes a proposed purchase; it is not an account test or an example of an actual ticket.
Before I pay for the selected Lottofy entry, please identify the dated draw and number selection, explain which reference is my order ID and which identifies participation, and confirm when I can inspect the relevant record. If an original ticket is involved, who holds it and what would I need to obtain it or claim a prize? Please link the terms applying to this exact product and my country.
Remove personal information from any screenshot you share. If an answer covers a different game or only a generic service description, it has not yet answered the proposed order question. An unclear answer is a reason to seek clarification before increasing the purchase amount.
Receipt, image and original: keep the questions separate
For interpretation, read our ticket scans and proof guide and ownership and custody guide. A visible image, a payment record and control of an original address different questions. Do not use one to silently fill a gap in another.
Also record the selected draw date and time zone. Our draw cut-off guide explains the timing questions to ask. We have not verified a Lottofy cut-off or late-order rule for your selection.
If a selection and its recorded entry do not match
For a proposed or existing Lottofy order, compare one dated selection at a time rather than relying on a general balance or an order total. Keep the requested numbers, the confirmation and the participation record in separate columns. Circle the exact differing field: a number, draw date, quantity or reference.
Preserve the sequence when a record is corrected
Consider this hypothetical situation: you request one dated selection, receive one reference and later see a different selection. This is not an incident we observed at Lottofy. Save both versions with the time each was visible; do not overwrite the earlier version with a corrected screenshot.
Ask whether the response describes your original request, an accepted participation or a proposed correction. Then ask which reference remains active and what connects the two versions. A reply that merely repeats the order total does not answer a disputed number or draw date. Our refunds and order-finality guide explains why payment, accepted participation and a requested reversal should be identified separately. No Lottofy correction or refund right is established here.
Make the unresolved item easy to answer
Add one sentence to the earlier enquiry: “For reference [ID], I requested [selection and date] but the record dated [time] shows [difference]; which dated participation currently applies?” Keep a missing answer marked as missing. If the draw is approaching, ask which deadline governs this specific enquiry instead of assuming support hours determine entry validity. We have not verified that deadline or a remedy for an individual order.
Common questions
Does this review prove that my Lottofy order has an official ticket?
No. An individual order needs its own participation evidence and applicable agreement. Our ticket versus betting guide explains the model distinction without classifying every Lottofy product.
Can I treat a receipt number as proof of custody?
Ask what the number identifies and who controls any original. This review does not establish that connection for a customer account.
Have you tested a Lottofy withdrawal?
No. We read public documents and did not open an account, place an order or test a payout. The dated help answers above do not verify a customer transaction or resolve the applicable contract edition.
