Ask for a quote before paying
Send a proposed order specification, rather than asking support to certify a purchase you have not made. You can copy this message:

Please confirm the regular total payable without a promotion, any compulsory minimum quantity, and whether the service fee is included. Separately, what withdrawal charge could apply using [payment method], and who deducts it?
Keep the reply with the matching basket specification. It is a price quote, not proof of lottery entry or a guarantee of winnings or fulfilment. Compare it with the eventual receipt; a changed quantity or promotion changes the comparison. A “no winnings commission” claim cannot establish the ticket’s purchase price.
